Litigation Prevention
No one is better qualified to counsel businessmen and women on how to reduce the risk of debilitating litigation to a business. While it is not possible to utterly litigation-proof a business, the firm has the depth of experience and know-how to significantly reduce the risk of a lawsuit. Even if one is filed, the chances of a negative outcome are greatly lessened with proper planning.

Business Litigation and Business Tort Litigation
With a special concentration in trade secret and restraint of competition litigation, the firm has won major verdicts in this area. It has represented both employers and employees, breaking and enforcing non-competition or trade secret nondisclosure covenants.

Employment Litigation
The firm has represented some of the largest companies in their fields in heading off, or pursuing, employee-related litigation. It has also represented top C-level executives in employment negotiation and litigation.

Personal Injury Litigation
The firm has achieved settlements for nursing home negligence, including death cases, well into the six figure range. Additionally, it participated in a case against an apartment complex for wrongful hiring and retention of a sex offender, which achieved a gross settlement of close to one million dollars, prior to deduction of attorneys fees and expenses. It also handles motor vehicle accident cases and has achieved many significant recoveries for clients.
